Studies have shown that Turkey Tail supplements can help to lower blood sugar levels, improve insulin resistance, and treat symptoms and complications of type 2 diabetes.
Turkey Tail mushrooms have prebiotic properties, helping to balance the beneficial bacteria in your gut. This can aid in proper nutrient absorption and digestion.
Polysaccharide-K (PSK) and Polysaccharide Peptides (PSP), two polysaccharides found in Turkey Tail mushrooms, help to better regulate the immune system, improving its ability to fight off diseases and infections.
Turkey Tail mushrooms contain anti-inflammatory active compounds, protecting cellular health and neutralizing unstable molecules, all contributing to a reduction in inflammation. This can reduce feelings of fatigue and enhance your physical recovery.

Why No Mycellium?
The large majority of mushroom extract supplements on the market today included Mycellium in their extraction process and en product. Mycellium is the mushroom's root system, and is often grown on a grain substrate. During the extraction process, these grain substrates cannot be separated out, resulting in a final product that has very low levels of active compounds and high levels of starches and fillers. This is why we only use the fruiting bodies of the mushroom in our extraction process to deliver you the best quality and highest potency mushroom extracts on the market.
